The motor does not run :
- Check the connections –> Connect again if necessary, return it to Customer Service if necessary
Leak between the handle and the lance
Check whether the valve seat is present and in good condition, fit it back in place or replace if necessary.
The motor runs, but the appliance sprays poorly or not at all
Check that the suction filter at the bottom of the tank is clean. Clean if necessary.
Check that the nozzle is not clogged. Clean if necessary.
Check that the suction and discharge pipes are not pinched (See dismounting in the instructions for use, section: “Replacing the battery”) .
If none of the above cases apply, replace your battery.
The motor does not run
Check that the terminals are connected properly (See dismounting in the instructions for use, section: “Replacing the battery”).
If the terminals are connected properly, replace your battery.
Water leak at the base of the appliance
Check whether the pump feed and discharge pipes are connected properly and are in good condition. Tighten or replace if necessary.
Check that the connector nut on the tank is tight.
Pumps
The pump does not start
Cas 1
Causes : The water level has not reached the pump actuation.
Solutions : Possible to adjust the float to lower the pump actuation level.
Cas 2
Causes : The float cannot move freely.
Solutions : Reposition the pump so that the float has sufficient space to move freely.
Cas 3
Causes : The float does not work.
Solutions : Manually check the float by lifting it.
Cas 4
Causes : No power supply.
Solutions : Check that the plug is inserted correctly into the socket.
Check the circuit breakers and electric connections outside the pump.
Cas 5
Causes : The turbine housing is clogged up with dirt.
Solutions : Disconnect the pump, remove the base plate and rinse the suction chamber.
The pump runs but does not deliver or delivers little water
Cas 1
Causes : The suction chamber is clogged up with dirt.
Solutions : Disconnect the pump, remove the base plate and rinse the suction chamber.
Cas 2
Causes : The discharge pipe is clogged.
Solutions : Remove the discharge pipe and unclog it.
The pump stops during operation (the thermal circuit breaker stops the pump due to overheating)
Cas 1
Causes : The power supply does not comply with the pump motor specifications.
Solutions : Disconnect the pump, eliminate the cause of overheating, wait for the pump to cool down and connect it once again.
Cas 2
Causes : Solids have blocked the hydraulic installation.
Solutions : Disconnect the pump, eliminate the cause of overheating, wait for the pump to cool down and connect it once again.
Cas 3
Causes : The pump has run with very hot water.
Solutions : Disconnect the pump, eliminate the cause of overheating, wait for the pump to cool down and connect it once again.
Cas 4
Causes : The pump has run dry for too long.
Solutions : Disconnect the pump, eliminate the cause of overheating, wait for the pump to cool down and connect it once again.
The pump does not run
Cas 1
Causes : No voltage in the network.
Solutions : Have your network checked by an expert electrician. Check the cable and connections.
Cas 2
Causes : Arbre bloqué.
Solutions : Débranchez la pompe. Insérez un tournevis dans la fente située en bout d’arbre moteur, coté ventilateur.
Tapez légèrement en tournant avec un marteau en plastique sur le tournevis.
The output is low
Cas 1
Causes : The suction pipe is clogged.
Solutions : Unclog the pipe.
